Kerem Özgür Araç graduated from Şişli Terakki High School in 1995 and graduated from ITU Civil Engineering in 1999. After completing the Finance Master's program at Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration, he reached the thesis stage in the PhD program in the same department. He started his career as an account representative at Finar Lloyd Northover Citigate (FLNC), the first advertising agency focused on financial communications in Turkey. Then, he joined CRIF Turkey as a consultant; He led a team based in Turkey to serve the development, restructuring and optimization of all credit processes (Allocation, Monitoring, Collection) as well as scorecard-based credit allocation and decision-making systems for leading banks, KKB (Credit Registration Bureau) and financial institutions of Turkey. As the General Manager of CRIF Turkey, which processes 6,000 monthly information reports and 5,000 daily monitoring data, he managed the digital transformation processes as well as the operations, analytics and after-sales support teams. Serdar Kodal graduated from Bursa Anatolian High School in 1990 and graduated from Marmara University, Department of Business Administration in 1995. Serdar Kodal is a versatile entrepreneur and executive with significant experience in various sectors including fintech, e-commerce and film production. He also holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. He began his career in the financial services sector with MetLife in the USA. Kodal returned to Turkey in 2004 and founded SORS Information and Control, a company that provides on-site intelligence services to financial institutions. Based on his experience in software developed in process optimization, he founded Sorsware, Turkey’s leading boutique e-commerce platform software house, in 2007 and developed special projects for various institutions. He became the founding partner of HASO – Hemen Al Sonra Öde in 2018 and served as its CEO until he handed the flag over to Kerem Özgür Araç. Kodal also leads technology and innovation at other companies he founded, including HASO, where he currently serves as CTO. Kodal is actively involved in encouraging innovation and supporting startups through initiatives such as Hackquarters, which helps connect promising startups with leading companies.

Ömer Paksoy graduated from Tarsus American High School in 1998 and graduated from Syracuse University Department of Mechanical Engineering in 2002. He started his career as an independent accounting auditer at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, and continued as an expert in the corporate finance and consulting department at Pricewaterhouse Coopers. He later worked as an investment specialist at the venture capital firm Turkven Private Equity. Ömer Paksoy is the founder of the online comparison platform Hesapkurdu. Following the merger of Hesapkurdu and Koalay and their sale to BHL Turkey, owned by UK-based BHL Holdings UK (BHL), he serves as the CEO of BHL Turkey. In 2018, he also became the founding partner of HASO – Hemen Al Sonra Öde.

Samih Coşkun Baban graduated from Robert College in 1992 and graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He started his career at Accenture, Spain, where he worked for about 10 years, and after supporting the establishment and growth of the company’s Turkey operations, he left and became responsible for establishing and managing the Istanbul Office of Value Partners Management Consulting. In 2015, he joined global consulting firm Arthur D. Little to establish and grow the Turkey operations. He currently serves as Managing Partner, Executive Board Member and President of America and Eastern Europe at Arthur D. Little. He also manages Arthur D. Little’s Istanbul office. During his consulting career spanning over 25 years, he has carried out corporate strategy development, business planning and efficiency projects with leading automotive, telecommunications, media and finance players in Turkey, Azerbaijan, Greece, Spain, Italy, Hungary and the Middle East. Coşkun Baban, who has made angel investments in startups in the fields of Biotech and Fintech, became the founding partner of HASO – Hemen Al Sonra Öde in 2018.
